Battery Recycling · India

Closing the loop on
India's battery waste.

We recover critical materials from end-of-life lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries at our own recycling unit in India — and we are actively expanding. As India's battery volumes surge, we are building the collection, processing and refining capacity to keep those materials in the economy and out of landfill.

Why It Matters

India is electrifying fast — and every battery will one day reach end of life

Electric vehicles, telecom backup, solar and grid storage are putting millions of lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries into service across India. Each one eventually retires — and those spent batteries are not waste. They hold recoverable lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper and lead that the country otherwise imports.

Recovering these materials at home cuts import dependence, keeps hazardous material out of landfill and informal handling, and closes the loop toward a genuinely circular battery economy. Responsible recycling is also becoming a compliance requirement: under India's Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework for batteries, producers must ensure their batteries are collected and recycled through authorised, traceable channels — exactly the kind of accountable processing we are built to provide.

How We Work

From spent battery to recovered material

A controlled, documented flow designed for safety, recovery and compliance at every stage.

1

Collect

We aggregate end-of-life batteries and production scrap through a reverse-logistics network, with safe transport and documented handover.

2

Discharge & Dismantle

Batteries are safely discharged, sorted by chemistry and dismantled under controlled conditions to neutralise hazards before processing.

3

Recover

Mechanical and chemical processing separates and recovers the valuable materials — the metals that go back into new cells and industry.

4

Account

Every batch is tracked and documented, giving partners a clear, compliant trail from collection through to recovery.

Partner With Us

Building India's battery-circularity ecosystem — together

We already operate a working recycling unit and are actively scaling capacity. We are now looking for partners who want to build with us — whether you are entering India or bringing technology to the table.

Entering the Indian market?

If your company wants to enter India's fast-growing battery-recycling market, we help you land: local licensing and pollution-board approvals, feedstock sourcing and collection networks, site and workforce setup, and on-ground operational support — so you start from a running base, not a standing start.

Technology collaboration

We are actively seeking technology collaboration — hydrometallurgical and direct-recycling processes, black-mass refining, cell diagnostics and second-life systems. Bring your process IP or equipment; we bring the operating unit, the team and the India market access to prove and scale it.

Recycle with us, enter the market with us, or build the technology with us.

Whether you have battery waste to process, want to enter the Indian market, or want to collaborate on recycling technology — tell us your goal and our team will respond with a clear next step.
